2010 Pepper Tree Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque deep dark crimson red black colour with deep dark crimson red hue. The nose exhibits scents of ripe blackcurrant and dark mulberry followed by some cedar and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate delivers ripe generous flavours of blackcurrant and dark mulberry followed by some spicy cedar tobacco like characters. Fine grained well integrated tannins. Good length with medium to long aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, dark mulberry and spice.
Drink over the next 3-4 years (2012-2016).
