Outstanding impenetrable inky black purple colour with very deep black purple hue. Superb nose with aromas of blackcurrant intermixed with blackberry followed by some liquorice, vanillin confectionary and spice scents. The palate reveals one of the most rich and concentrated Bin 389’s produced to date with mouthfilling flavours of ripe blackberry, liquorice and blackcurrant with some undertones of spicy vanillin cedar and a touch of blackpepper on the back palate. Superb structural qualities perfectly complement the wines fruit intensity. Fine grained, dryish but perfectly tannins. Long rich blackberry, liquorice, blackcurrant and spicy vanillin oak aftertaste. One of the all time classic Bin 389’s.
