2010 Patrick Piuze Chablis Terroir de Courgis

Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose is dominated by fresh fruit aromas of citrus and pear followed by a touch of biscuit with some minerally end notes. Ripe pear and citrus flavours are to the fore followed by some chalky mineral back palate characters. Clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of pear, citrus and chalky mineral.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2012-2015).
