2010 Mountadam Vineyards Eden Valley Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw water like colour with very distinctive greenish tinged edges and watery hue. Lemon and lime aromas are intermixed with some toasty overtones and mineral end notes. The palate possesses flavours of lemon and lime along with some minerality and some light toasty characters on the back palate. Clean crisp finish with long lemon, lime, mineral and toast aftertaste.
Drink now or cellar 5-8 years.
