2010 Kirrihill Tullymore Vineyard Shiraz

Opaque saturated black purple colour with very deep dark purple hue. The nose is a little subdued revealing aromas of blackberry, liquorice and dark plum followed by some subtle vanillin spice end notes. Full bodied the palate possesses flavours of ripe blackberry, black plum, liquorice and spice. The finish is clipped by some tart acidity. Dry, chalky tannins with aftertaste of blackberry, plum, liquorice and spice.
Cellar 5-6 years in the hope that it all balances out.
