Totally opaque inky black dark red colour with very deep black dark red hue. The nose displays ripe blackcurrant top notes followed by some ripe dark plum, cedar and spice. Full bodied the palate possesses flavours of ripe blackcurrant and dark plum followed by some cedary characters, very subtle tobacco and spice. Dryish finish with fine grained but sturdy tannin structure. Long ripe blackcurrant, dark plum, cedary tobacco and spice aftertaste. 100% certified organic/biodynamic.
