2010 Juniper Crossing Chardonnay

Matured for 9 months in French oak. Brilliant pale straw colour with very slight greenish tinge on the edges and watery hue. Aromas of nectarine and peach are followed by some biscuit and spice. Medium bodied the palate delivers flavours of nectarine, peach and melon followed by some spicy toast on the back palate. Clean dry finish. Moderate aftertaste of nectarine, melon and spicy toast like characters.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2012-2015).
