ABV: 13.4%Closure: Screw CapThis cool climate Shiraz was predominately matured (70%) in 3-4 year old French oak puncheons for 14 months with 30% in stainless steel for the same period. Opaque very deep dark red black colour with dark red hue. The nose displays aromas of spicy cloves and liquorice followed by some meaty characters. Medium weight the palate delivers flavours of dark plum, spicy cloves and a touch of liquorice along with some meaty back palate characters. Dryish finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of meaty dark plum, liquorice and spicy clove.
