2010 Curly Flat Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a hint of greenish tinge around the edges and very pale straw watery hue. The nose shows good intensity with delicate white peach notes intermixed with cashew followed by some biscuit, lightly toasted oak and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses a creamy like texture with mouthfilling flavours of cashew, delicate white peach and well integrated spicy oak with a hint of cinnamon and biscuity nuttiness on the back palate. Clean dry finish with long cashew, white peach, spicy oak and biscuity nuttiness aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years (2013-2018).
