A blend of 49% Sauvignon Blanc, 48% Semillon and 3% Chardonnay. Brilliant water like colour with pale straw edges and watery hue. Lifted herbaceous grassy notes are followed by some gooseberry, light passionfruit and citrus. Crisp clean palate flavours of ripe and unripe gooseberry, citrus and spice. Dry crisp, vibrant acid finish with aftertaste of gooseberry and citrus.
