This Fiji edition was distilled at the South Pacific distillery, a.k.a., the Fiji Rum Co, established in 1980 and located in Lautoka in the stunning Nadi region. Distilled in 2009 from both pot and column stills, it was aged for 7 years in Fiji and 2 years in Ferrand's x-cognac casks in France. This is your chance to try one of the Pacific’s best kept secrets! Expect an intense, rich and round rum with notes of buttery vanilla, caramel, cocoa and ginger ale as well as quince, hazelnuts and coconut. 44.8% Alc./Vol. Very limited stocks.
