2009 Moppity Vineyards Hilltops Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black dark crimson red colour with deep dark crimson red hue. The nose displays top notes of blackcurrant and ripe mulberry followed by some cedary tobacco like characters and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses plenty of rich ripe blackcurrant fruit followed by some light aniseed, cedar, tobacco and spice. Dry, slightly firmish but balanced tannins. Good length with long aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, mulberry, cedar and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years (2015-2016).
