2009 Maxwell Little Demon Cabernet Merlot

Produced from a blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot this wine displays an opaque dark crimson red colour with deep dark crimson hue. The nose displays lifted top notes of dark plum and very ripe mulberry followed by some spice. Full bodied and rich with opulent flavours of dark plum, ripe mulberry and dark chocolate followed by some cinnamon spice and cedar. Velvet smooth tannins with aftertaste of dark plum, mulberry and spicy dark chocolate.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2010-2013)
