2009 First Drop Two Percent Barossa Shiraz

Totally opaque inky black dark red colour with black dark red hue. The nose displays aromas of liquorice, ripe blackberry, dark plum, a touch of confectionary and spice. Possessing ample weight and richness the palate delivers opulently textured flavours of liquorice, blackberry and dark plum followed by a touch of toasty oak and spice. Velvet smooth tannins with long ripe joosy liquorice, blackberry, toast and spice aftertaste.
