Brilliant very pale straw colour with faint greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays lifted aromas of green apple, pear and lime followed by a quince end note. The palate has good weight with mouthfilling flavours of fresh Jonathan apple, citrus, spice and a touch of quince. Good concentration with a refreshing crisp acid finish and long aftertaste of ripe apple, spice and quince.
