2009 Bress Gold Chook Chardonnay

Matured for 12 months in French oak this wine displays a brilliant pale straw colour with slight greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays top notes of nectarine, tropical fruits and citrus followed by a hint of spice. Medium bodied with palate flavours of nectarine, peach, light toast and spice. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of peach, light toast and spice.
Cellar 2-3 years (2013-2014).
