Totally opaque black purple colour with dark purple black hue. The nose displays intense black cherry and liquorice top notes which are followed by some earth, dried meats and spicy cedar. Full bodied the palate possesses rich opulent black cherry and liquorice flavours followed by some meaty cedar, earth and spice. Dryish finish with a firm solidly built tannin structure that gives the wine a chewy mouthfeel. Superb depth with long spicy black cherry, liquorice and meaty earth like aftertaste.
