Clarry’s is produced from a blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Shiraz and 10% Mataro - grown, vintaged and matured on the Kalleske estate at Greenock and is named in honour of winemaker, Troy Kalleske’s, ninety year old Grandfather, Clarence “Clarry” Kalleske, who farmed the Kalleske vineyards from the late 1920’s until his retirement in the 1990’s.

An excellent example of the blend.

Very deep crimson mauve colour with crimson mauve hue. Perfumed nose of raspberry, followed by vanilla and spice. Mouthfilling palate. Layers of raspberry, liquorice, spice and vanilla, with very spicy back palate. Black pepper and raspberry flavours dominate the back palate. Velvet tannins. Exceptionally long aftertaste.
Cellar 2-3 years (2011-2012)
Alc/Vol: 14.5% Stelvin
