2008 Hay Shed Hill Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine was matured for 18 months in French oak. Opaque black crimson red colour with deep dark crimson red hue. The nose displays excellent intensity and lift with aromas of ripe blackcurrant, mulberry and a hint of mint followed by some spice end notes. Medium to full bodied the palate displays plenty of richness with flavours of ripe blackcurrant, mint, mulberry and spice. Very fine grained tannins with long aftertaste of mulberry, mint, cedar and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years (2013-2014).
