2008 Dunsborough Hills Shiraz

Very deep dark crimson red colour with dark crimson red hue. The nose displays meaty liquorice like top notes followed by some toasty cedar, blackpepper and spice. Medium weight the palate displays generous blackberry and liquorice flavours followed by some confectionary and spice with a toasty cedar overlay. Fine grained soft tannins with aftertaste of blackberry, liquorice and spicy toasted cedar.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2011-2014).
