2008 Bird in Hand Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque, black, dark red colour with deep, dark red mauve hue. The nose displays aromas of ripe blackcurrant, dark chocolate, plum and spice showing good intensity. The palate is quite full bodied with mouthfilling flavours of blackcurrant, dark chocolate, spice and liquorice followed by a touch of cedar. Fine grained, well balanced tannin structure with long aftertaste of blackcurrant, plum and spicy cedar.
