2007 Cahillton Heathcote Shiraz

Opaque dark purple crimson colour with deep purple hue. The nose displays aromas of ripe dark plum, blackberry and liquorice followed by a touch of spice. Full bodied the palate displays generous flavours of blood plum, liquorice and blackberry followed by a spicy back palate. Very fine grained tannins with aftertaste of ripe blackberry, plum and spice.
Drink over the next 3-4 years (2010-2014).
