2006 Peter Lehmann Wigan Riesling

Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays lifted citrus and waxy toast aromas followed by some lime and spice with a light emerging kero overlay. The palate still requires further development and presently delivers flavours of lemon citrus, waxy honeyed toast like characters, a touch of kero and spice. All supported by a steely acid structure. Clean crisp dry finish. Medium to long lemon, toast, waxy dried honey and spice aftertaste.
