2005 Stonecroft Old Vine Gewurztraminer

The wine is still very youthful. Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Delicate nose of spice and lychee. The palate is fuller than the nose suggests, with flavours of lychee and ripe mandarin. Slightly broad. There is a sense of some residual sweetness giving the wine a tardive like quality. Aftertaste of lychee and mandarin.
