2005 Pizzini Sangiovese

Bright crimson brick red colour with crimson brick red hue. Medium body. Delightful nose of cherry and spice followed by a hint of confectionary and ripe plum. The palate delivers ripe plum fruit flavours followed by a touch of stewed fruit, cherry and confectionary. Fine grained slightly chalky dryish tannins. Aftertaste of ripe plum and stewed fruit.
