Brilliant straw colour with pale straw hue. The nose delivers an impressive lift with a distinct array of secondary ferment aromas of yeast lees, cashew and biscuit. Creamy palate texture with flavours of hazelnut, cashew and spice, however without the intensity of the 2004 vintage. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of spice, yeast lees and cashew.
