2004 Vis A Vis Viognier Chardonnay

Pale waterlike colour, with delicate pale straw hue. Aroma of tropical fruit, peach and spice, followed by a hint of honeysuckle and white pepper, providing an interesting aroma twist. The palate is slightly broad, with flavours of melon and tropical fruit emerging, followed by a hint of honeysuckle. Soft acid finish. There is an unusual ending to this wine, in that the honeysuckle component tends to evolve, therefore emphasising the Viognier grape.
