2004 Annie's Lane Copper Trail Riesling

A superb Riesling that is showing some bottle maturation. Deep straw colour with straw hue. Superb floral nose with lime and ripe pineapple top notes followed by a mandarin end note. The palate again reveals developed flavour characteristics with layers of honey, toast and honeycomb overlaid by a lime and lemon base. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of toasted honey, lime and ripe pineapple.
