2003 Robinvale Wines Demeter Cabernet Sauvignon Cabernet Franc Merlot Ruby Cabernet

This wine is certified biodynamic and is preservative free, and we must say this is one of the best examples that we have tasted.
Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of stewed plum and spice, followed by blackcurrant and a hint of tea leaf. The palate has good weight, with excellent ripe fruit flavours of blackcurrant and spice, with hints of cassis. The palate is approaching a McLaren Vale kind of ‘joosiness.’ Fine grained soft tannins. Aftertaste of spice, blackcurrant and chocolate.
