2003 Domaine Pinson Premier Cru Chablis Mont de Milieu

Brilliant pale gold colour. Aroma of flint and spice followed by confectionary and just a touch of pear. The wine is beginning to show signs of bottle age. Classic Chablis structure. Creamy texture. Flavours of mineral and flint over a spice and confectionary background. Very spicy back palate and aftertaste with flint, confectionary and unripe quince characteristics.
