2003 Carlei Estate Chardonnay

Brilliant pale gold colour with water like hue. Aroma of fig, biscuit, melon and yeast lees, showing complex barrel ferment character. The palate is dry, with flavours of yeast lees, biscuit, fig and toast emerging. Very good length. Aftertaste of yeast lees and biscuit.
