2003 Australian College of Wine Reserve Shiraz

Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Aroma of ripe plum, blackberry and vanilla followed by spice over a liquorice background, providing an impressive sniff. The palate delivers a refined Shiraz flavour profile of vanilla, confectionary, spice and cherry. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance. Long aftertaste of blackberry, vanilla and liquorice allsorts.
