2002 Shadowfax Shiraz

Opaque black brick red colour with deep brick red hue. Aroma of spice and stewed fruit, followed by a hint of leather and liquorice. Stewed fruit and plum palate flavours are evident followed by a warm spicy back palate and a touch of black pepper. Fine dry tannins which persist into the aftertaste.
