This wine has been made from a blend of 64% Sauvignon Blanc and 36% Semillon. Very pale straw colour. The nose is very pronounced with aroma of dusty capsicum and asparagus, showing strong Sauvignon Blanc characteristics. The palate flavours are mouth filling, with unripe gooseberry characters over a grassy background, followed by an unripe gooseberry aftertaste. Crisp acid finish, followed by a very long grassy, gooseberry aftertaste.
