2002 Koonowla Shiraz

This wine has been made by David O’Leary of O’Leary Walker fame. Very deep crimson colour with crimson brick red hue. Aroma of plum, spice and liquorice followed by end notes of stewed fruit and prune. The palate reveals flavours of plum, liquorice and spice over a stewed fruit background. Fine, slightly dry and chalky tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, stewed fruit and spicy plum.
