Grown on Terra Rossa soils in the outer suburban Melbourne fringe, this wine has been matured in small French oak barriques. Bright pale gold colour. The nose displays complexity with biscuit, yeast lees and hazelnut notes appearing. The palate has a creamy texture being quite dry. Soft acid back bone with aftertaste of cashew, biscuit and yeast lees.
