2001 Tait Basket Pressed Shiraz

An impressive Shiraz. Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. The nose is perfumed with notes of violets, vanilla, chocolate, spice and plum emerging. The palate delivers on the expectations of the nose. Mouthfilling flavours of spice, liquorice, vanilla, blackberry and plum overlaid by a very long aftertaste of vanilla, plum, spice and black pepper.
