1999 Will Taylor Hunter Valley Semillon

A lean, fresh, low alcohol, high acid wine that needs at least 5 years to develop tertiary palate flavours. Brilliant pale straw colour. Fresh aroma of hay, hints of tropical fruit followed by early hints of honey. The palate flavours are austere with the acid levels being particularly high at this stage. Clean subtle flavours of some grass and tropical fruit emerging. A baby. Cellar 5-8 years.
