Medium weight, crimson brick red colour. Aroma of plum, cherry and spice with a touch of game and a strawberry jam end note. On the palate, strawberry jam, spice and cherry flavours are supported by a touch of liquorice. Fine grained firmish tannins, followed by cherry, plum, spice aftertaste. Drink over the next 2-3 years.
