1999 Deakin Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Medium body crimson mauve colour. The nose displays some attractive aromas of cedar, spice, confectionary and blackcurrant. Excellent mouthfeel with flavours of ripe blackcurrant fruit, plum and a touch of liquorice. Soft fine grained tannins, followed by ripe, cherry and spice aftertaste. A well made commercial wine. Cellar 1-2 years.
