Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo
Region: The commune of Barolo in the northern region of Piemonte.
Production: A brief maceration following primary fermentation, then malolactic fermentation and ageing partly in large and partly in small oak casks.
Characteristics: A soft harmonious and velvety Barolo with limited tannin content and a fine balance between alcohol and acid.
Serve: Room Temperature and double decant.
Try With: Winter stews and Roast Veal
