This wine has been made from a blend of old vines Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre – the wine has spent 14 months in oak and has not been filtered. Deep brick red colour. The nose displays the characteristics of the varietal blend, with aroma of spice, liquorice and raspberry. The palate is refined, with the wine displaying elegance and length. Dryish on the palate, yet with excellent underlying fruit. Flavour of plum, spice, cedar and blackberry over a hint of spice and cedar.
