The Willows Cabernet Sauvignon has a very distinctive aroma and flavour that has more in common with the Bendigo District of Central Victoria than the Barossa Valley. Opaque crimson colour. The nose displays a very pronounced aroma of mint, blackcurrants, chocolate, mint and spice flavours, followed by an earthy finish and a slightly warm back palate. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance and long chocolate, mint aftertaste. Cellar 3-5 years.
