2023 Rosily Vineyard Chardonnay

Certified organic with 9 months Maturation in French oak of which 50% was new. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. The nose offers up aromas of white peach and dried honey which meld into nougat, hints of biscuity oak and faint crème brulee notes. Rich fleshy textured white peach and nectarine fruits are delivered with excellent concentration over a dried honey, citrusy nougat, biscuit and subtle crème brulee back drop. Measured acidity provides balance with a cream tinged conclusion of good length.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
