2022 Osicka Selection Tooborac Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Elevated dark plum and liquorice aromas are followed by some dried herb, blueberry, light scorched earth and peppered fennel notes. Rich dark plum and liquorice fruits infused with dried herbs carry medium body weight and a plush feel. Spicy vanillin cedar and peppered fennel characters flow through the back half. Silky tannin structure with a fleshy medium to long conclusion that’s quite savoury.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
