2022 Heathcote Winery Cravens Place Shiraz

This wine is aged for a short period in a combination of French and American oak.
Impenetrable pitch black heart with a deep dark red black hue. Pronounced ripe dark plum and liquorice aromas are interwoven with vanillin cedar, earth and subtle peppered fennel notes. Plump dark plum and liquorice fruits carry a youthful freshness with spicy vanillin cedar, inky earth and pepper lying underneath. Polished tannins, finishing vibrantly juicy and plush.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
