2021 Wirra Wirra Church Block Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz Merlot

Very deep black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Nosing reveals scents of blackcurrant, mulberry and to a lesser extent red liquorice trailed by dusty cedar, tobacco, dried herb and spice notes. The refined, mid weighted palate features red to black currant and mulberry fruits over back drop of dusty cedar, tobacco and spicy dried herbs. Fine grained tannins concluding medium to long with a degree of elegance.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
