2021 The Winery of Good Hope Bush Vine Chenin Blanc

Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear, lime and green apple are followed by some quince and flinty mineral notes. Fleshy pear and a mix of green to red apple fruits are backed by zingy acidity with some subtle quince and flinty mineral elements lingering on what is an energetic dry finish.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
