2021 She-Oak Hill Estate Shiraz

Matured in French oak barriques for a period of 18 months. Dense inky black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Lifted dark plum, liquorice and black cherry aromas are trailed by vanillin cedar, earth and peppered fennel notes. Rich and intense with an opulent yet sturdy textural feel, the full bodied palate is awash with liquorice and black cherry fruits which overlay a toasty vanillin oak, earth and peppered fennel back drop. Ripe, structured tannin framework concluding long and lavish yet also slightly chewy.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
