2021 Colab & Bloom Tinta

A blend of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu. Deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. Elevated black cherry and blackcurrant aromas are intermeshed with earth, vanillin cedar and spicy dried herb notes. The fleshy mid weighted palate features generous black cherry and blackcurrant fruits over dusty earth, vanillin cedar, dried herbs and traces of spicy leather. Dryish, slightly chewy tannins with a savoury conclusion that shows some spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
